“All that is necessary to awaken to yourself as the radiant emptiness of spirit is to stop seeking something more or better or different, and to turn your attention inward to the awake silence that you are.” Adyashanti
Hi! I am excited for the opportunity to share with you what I’ve learned and practiced through out the years as well as what I continue to investigate, discover and explore. This is a little about me, my experiences, training, studies and practices.
I am a spiritually driven explorer of the multi-dimensional self, through my strong spirit I inspire others to make things happen.
I have a Master’s degree in Integral Theory from the John F. Kennedy University in California. Integral theory is an intuitively transformational metatheory designed by Ken Wilber, that has supported and challenged me to understand the many aspects of life, to be in touch and feel the creative evolutionary force embedded in each moment. Through my studies I have discovered the hidden aspects of myself, integrated practices for compassionate living and explored the depth of my soul. Integral theory has given me the tools to understand and organize my experiences so that there’s more clarity in my path.
I have been trained as a professional integral coach by Integral Coaching Canada. I use a dynamic systems approach to change, to bring about change and to pursue change with resilience with an integral development focus. I enjoy working with clients and get inspired by observing transformation happen.
While being in my master’s degree and through my coaching practice, I’ve developed a coaching method that includes the use of altered states, introspection and creative expression, to work with the shadow aspects of the self (based on Jung). Creativity allows us to express, digest, reflect and heal while discovering those parts of ourselves that might be hidden.
Shamanism has been an important part of my development of coming into my true self. Since my teenage years I experienced with different shamanistic rituals from Mexico and the United States. My participation and interest in the shamanic practices has given me amazing experiences that are integrated as part of my integral life practice and transmitted through my work. My shamanistic practice is influenced by my studies at the Foundation of Shamanic Studies (Core Shamanism by Michael Harner) and from the Munay-ki. I focused much of my master’s studies in Shamanism and the use of altered states for transformational work.
I am currently in San Francisco (Mexico) learning and researching on the use of iboga for transformative personal development inside a therapeutic practice. The research includes three methods: phenomenology (personal experience), hermeneutics (interviewing iboga providers) and empirical analysis (surveying ibogaine clients). For more information about this research you can contact me through email email@example.com.
I’ve been working with two Detox Clinics (Pangea Biomedics) in San Francisco (San Pancho) learning protocols and working as a therapist/coach with clients.
I also apply integral theory in project consulting for clients interested in directing their business with a more wholesome approach. Many businesses do not consider all the dimensions, players and interconnections regarding their services, mission and vision, integral consulting allows us to view all the branches that belong to a business, the impact on the community and environment, and how to build a partnerships and renew connections.
I am originally from Monterrey, Mexico and have been living in the US for about 15 years. Part of my experience in the US, has been to work as a social worker and medical interpreter, cultural competency trainer, grant coordinator and managing the interpreter services department at a public hospital. Through the years immigrants have shared with me many inspirational stories and shared intimate moments of life and death. I am inspired to see and experience the strength and resilience of all human beings. Now I live in San Francisco, Nayarit (Mexico) with my beautiful daughter.
